This service buys Master Angela Ang’s expert vetting of your potential new property, to ensure that you are not sold a house that will drain you of wealth, health and happiness.
How it works: After you have made payment Master Angela Ang will ask you to provide floor plans or photos of your potential new home. You can also provide a video (optional).

You can do this by providing a link from the estate agent’s or letting agent’s website which will have floor plans on it and also address of the property. Master Angela Ang will check how compatible this is compared with your birthday, month and year. She will also check with multiple Feng Shui formulas to check for whether this will be a good house to move into YES or negative house that can cause problems NO. She will also advise possibility of whether or not it can be changed. Somethings included in the vetting analysis include:

  • Does this property clash you?
  • Any structural defects that cannot be changed
  • Position of where existing kitchens and toilets are
  • Influence of surrounding roads or water (pond, lake, rivers, etc)
  • Influence of surrounding buildings/houses (will it negatively impact you?)

 

She will advise you if this is a good Feng Shui property or if it is a bad Feng Shui to begin with can it be changed so that you can turn it into a good Feng Shui property.

Master Angela Ang will have a short video consult with you via Zoom/Googlemeet or whatsapp phone call first. After that she will do the analysis work and then have another video consultation to discuss the Feng Shui of your property.

The most important people to consider are the breadwinners. This means you and your partner.

Children and grandparents are optional to include in the compatibility. If you want them included, then justpay for them to be included. (ie. If you are a single mother with 1 kid, you can choose the 1 to 2 person option. If you are a single mother with 2 kids, you can choose the 1 to 2 person option or pay more to include your 2nd kid).
