Fee Guidelines for Feng Shui Consultations

Studio or 1 bed flat with 1 or 2 residents £250 to £300 depending upon how far away you are

2 bed flat with 1 person or 2 people £300 to £350 depending upon how far away you are

3 bedroom house semi-detached or terraced house with 1 person to family average fees usually £350 and up depending on how many people in your family and how far away you are.

4 bedroom detached family house £350 to £450 and up depending where you are and how many people live there.

Big 5 bedroom detached or terraced family house £550 and up depending where you are

Renovation/ house building/ extension analysis with renovation advice
Prices start from £350 for houses within M25 depending on size of house, number of occupants and where you are.

Space clearing
Fees start from £250 and up again depending on size of house and distance to travel for our consultant to visit. Fees can be greatly discounted if Space clearing and Feng Shui carried out during the same day.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, JCB, Diners, Maestro and Visa Debit cards as well as PayPal to make it accessible for everybody. A deposit will also be needed to book an appointment which spreads the cost. Typically £100 is charged up front with the remainder payable on the day.
