The shift in consciousness happening right now is easy to explain. Since the advent of man’s ability to create global destruction through a nuclear war, the great Eastern wisdom traditions have started to offer an alternative direction for humanity. This is a natural expression of Yin-Yang theory, since for every push in one direction, an equal and opposite must manifest going the other.
The East-West Paradox
As such, the people who, in their last life were Western materialists are now being reborn in the East where they are helping those countries grow economically. The people who in their last life held dear the dharmic laws are being reborn in the West so that they can have the material comfort needed to continue to preserve these sacred arts.
Although there are key figures in this collective consciousness shift, it’s not driven by any one person, rather it’s the natural rebalancing of Samsara that happens whenever there is a big move forwards in either the positive or negative power in the realm to ensure that Samsara continues to offer humans that perfect pairing of pleasure and pain.
We can have enough hope that salvation is near that we can become tearful with gratitude for the inconceivably precious gift that is this life and this planet. At the same time, there are always enough dark forces lurking around the edge of our vision that we cannot be complacent and take it for granted we will always have this perfectly balanced mix to spur us to wake up.
We must make efforts to preserve the divine for future generations, whether that is the skies, seas and forests or the teachings, treasures and techniques, for the child of the future is our next reincarnation! We create today the world we will be born into tomorrow.
Enter The Dragon
From her childhood, Charlotte was absorbed by the ways of the East. By the age of 10, she’d begun training in martial arts and has studied many branches of the Shaolin tree, together with a little of the Wudang and Shaodong systems, and the Japanese, Thai and Israeli fighting systems.
By 14 she was drawing Bronze Men although it would be some time before she would learn what these were. At 20 she took the Samaya pledge of an initiated Tibetan Vajrayana Buddhist for Gelug, Kagyu, Sakya and Nyingma sects. At the same time she began to study Zen, Pureland and Theravada Buddhism together with Taoism and the mystic arts.
At 23, she had her first experience with Feng Shui when a Buddhist lama from her temple advised. Over the next 18 months, her income went from hourly agency worker to running eBusiness across Europe, Middle East and Africa for a $7 billion corporation!
The experience was so profound and transformative that soon after she pledged to help Angela Ang, who was working independently as a Feng Shui consultant, to establish Rising Dragon Feng Shui. This was motivated by a sincere desire to promote and preserve authentic, traditional Chinese Feng Shui, which was suffering much subversion from it’s true form at the hands of Western media and marketeers who trivialised a deeply profound spiritual tradition. Since 2000 they’ve worked together with Angela primarily providing the Feng Shui consulting whilst Charlotte took care of the rest of the business.
Having studied the metaphysical arts for such a long time, Charlotte also began receiving clients for readings as well as playing the major role in the development of Rising Dragon’s new website, courses and other materials. She continues to practice all things related to the dharmic arts, including Buddhism, Feng Shui, Ba Zi, Qi Men Dun Jia, Okinawan Goju-Ryu Karate, Yoga and herbalism. She’s also a keen permaculturist actively growing a Himalayan themed forest garden.
